Founder profile
Originally from the Netherlands, Philip began his hospitality career there and has since led operations for portfolios exceeding $200M in annual revenue, spanning hotels, private members’ clubs, restaurants, spas, and event-driven venues across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. His career includes leadership roles with Soho House & Co, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, sbe, Dorchester Collection, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts—where he earned a reputation for elevating guest and member experiences while delivering strong financial performance at scale and building resilient teams grounded in a culture of accountability and care.
As Regional Director of Operations at Soho House, he led strategy, performance, and cultural alignment across multiple flagship properties, guiding renovations, pre-openings, and repositionings that enhanced long-term asset value. Throughout his career, the teams he developed have consistently stayed and performed because of the operating culture he established.
